I registered and got the yellow bar and it shows the demo with 2 tv and 1 music channel.
i used that url as well as p1.iptvprivateserver.tv, but I don't see IPTV channels as on MAG. I think the problem is that I have to erase the mac on my account first, right?

your mac on papio has to match your mac on the smart-stb site, shut your tv off and fix the mac address and then do the iptv reset

I changed the papio mac to the mac of my tv, then did iptv reset.I still have the trial channels and not my IPTV.

I finally got it working. The problem was the portal url. I made the change after going inside the app. The correct portal url is:
http://p1.iptvprivateserver.tv/c/index.html

Everything works on smart-stb except the VOD, and the only reason I want to have it was to watch VOD on my smart tv.

I changed the mac to the one from Mag254 because the VOD is still working on MAG, now I want to go back to my smart TV again, I change the mac back to the one from my TV, do a reset, but the TV shows " your box is blocked call the provider". what went wrong?

I am surprised its not in a forum here. What it looks like is that I go to the apps website, put in my LG virtual address that mimics the mag254 address
then you go into the portalon the tv app, just like the mag254, its exactly like it, then once all thats in there, iptv's portal url etc., it comes up with the blue screen and yellow bar fills up, and there is the same menu as mag254 channel menu....its not a m3u thing...

You are right we need more info on this smart tv stb. I'm trying to make it work on LG 49UH6100g and I have install the http://demo.smart-stb.tv and I do not get the (custom portal) in setting. I'm registered as (demo)as soon I get it to work I'll buy a life activation.

as of sometime in february smart-stc changed the way the mac address in used and went to the same mac address as the tv ( both lines were the same ) i got mine working again after using the generate mac address ( not recommended ) message follows that. after doing this and putting the new mac in on the donation checker it started working again. now my problem is,if i close out the program,i have to go back in and do a reset or i get the ( your stb is blocked message ) hopefully someone can find a work around for this

i got smart-stb to work only using m3u_with options this morning. channel number do not match with mag ( probably m3u playlist problem ) also still no vod working even with m3u playlist. i can change the mac on the box and on papiao do reset and it makes no difference it only works presently with m3u playlist

after doing some reading tonight,if you go to your donation and select allow all countries,the program will work until you close it. the auto country lock appears to be the problem with this program.
i selected allow all countries,then update and viola the program works,but,like i said it only works til you close it and each time to get it to open,you have to do the country lock deal

Got my lg smart stb working but my VOD won’t play is there a start stop button all I get is a black screen it has a bar in the bottom os the screen but it doesn’t start
