As far as i can notice in your post you are using an external source for EPG (Yahyabell), not the one provided by our server so if your guide stop working the problem might be at your source side.

at what point did I mention kodi? I don't even use kodi. so why is this answer a secret. And basically you have no idea so why even post. As you can see ive been using this longer than you I just don't post because I can usually just figure it out. So now I cant ask questions about epg in the epg section smh. When just yesterday the admin mentioned the epg provided(never knew of)

Channel name or number: Ch 135 BBC America HD
Box or app that you use: 2 MAG254 STB's, different Geo Locations, 75-100Mbps, both running r14, both hard-wired
Description of the issue: Wrong Content, Content being shown is for OWN channel, not BBC America HD

The channel reporting thread is closed for a reason.It gets closed when things are down and not working right.There is a post from Nfps about the channels being down.

Hey there there is a problem with EPG HBO WEST HD it's showing a program completely different to what the EPG is saying and broadcasting could someone please have a look at it I am on portal4 and mag 254

As of yesterday EPG showing program times in 24 hr format,is there anyway to switch it back to 12 hr format??

EPG info does not match channel program. Nothing matches.
Still don't know what is playing on any channel.
It's a guess to know what is on.
