Report issues with Channels Guide (EPG)

Hey there I moved from portal5 to portal4 as there was no EPG to see if this would help still no EPG and still a a lot of freezing on channels I am using 2 mag 254 boxes and it's the same on my other box could someone have a we look and fix internet speed 1G

Channels and guide have been running since mid August pretty much smooth...last night the guide isnt coming up all of sudden.... channels still run fine just no guide under the channels as to what is playing....i cleared guide, restarted Kodi 17.4 etc...still no luck....any advice? Is there an issue and just be patient?

The epg is one hour late for me living in the Caribbean
I guess this is because of the latest daylight saving time adjust in the US
Is there a fix ?

Hey there there is a problem with the epg on most of the channels it’s not in time with what is on tv example itv it’s a head1 hour British time can someone have a look and fix please I am using a nag 254 and portals 4 in one box and portals 1 in the other please could you fix it’s Confusing

Guide has been out of sink to what actually is playing. In the correct time zone and time shows properly but again guide is off Eastern Standard Time. Is there a known fix......Anybody???

My TV guide is not working on my Mag 254 I’m only seeing 9 channel, but I know for sure the other channels are there but they’re not popping in TV guide

EPG is off by an hour since the shift back to standard time. Please fix!
