Buzz Box XPL 3000 stalling and freezing on channel and VOD

Good day friend, I have 3 buzztv in my house and the only box that I sell so far and all the customers are happy with their buzztv, buffering time put it in 2 or 1 seconds, if you use the ethernet you turn off the wifi, I used differentes mag box and other types of tvbox good as the dreamlink and the buzztv is one of the best there

mine played great for a week or two and then it started buffing I couldn't even use it without being hardwired to router.so I went to busstv websight and contacted them and they gave me some more software and I downloaded it and it fixed my problems..id give you it but they told me it was only for my mac number....so don't give up before you try all ur options,,,,

I bought two of these and just trying today, if things continue like they are now I am returning them, freezing every minute and going back a few seconds just repeat must of the programming... not a bad box but playing sucks.
I will give it a day or two and see what happens.

Tried buffering 0,3,5,and 10 no luck.

Make sure you are powering off buzz and not putting it in standby
hold power button down and select power off

I have been with this service for 9 years and it is for me one of the best if you do not understand how the iptv service works do not comment

You have to understand that the service must be maintained, so that it works, it is like a car if you do not keep it, it will be damaged

for what it costs don't ask for more, if you can go to a company and pay $ 100 or more and they don't give you the service that iptv gives you

The update of the buzz tv is bad that's why it frizes and it does not work properly, i recommend to buy the 2gb ram the basic verzion and panda are not very good with wifi
