    My video club says sever unavailable.

    I have been using a Mag 254 for almost one year with 35 days before donation expires. Since using your forum for the last month I have learnt something about IPTV.
    However I am stuck in not able to view the channels I love for the past six weeks. I can not received the UK and US channels through I have change servers using the Donation Checker.
    I now on P4 and keep receiving the same channels every time I change. Is there something more I need to do so I can view more channels?
    I will appreciate your help as I am complete new to the Mag 354 and IPTV. Thanks.

    Are you using a Vpn? If you are turn it off and try it.

      Yes i am, i can not work with out the VPN because the service provider has blocked IPTV. Is any other way.

        I tried to work with out the VPN but nothing works. I think i am missing some thing.
        My last update was Feb. 2017, do i need a new update, a reset? can someone give some advise on this problem.

          Unplug the mag and do a iptv reset.Then plug the mag back in and try again.

            Done as suggested, same problem I have with channels 21 77 210 203 working.
            Freezing at times also. No other US or UK channels work. No VOD movies.
            I am asking myself why do I have this and are paying for it, when there is nothing to view.
            Can you give me all of the possible causes to try and have this fix. I have been very patient up until now.
            If there is a problem, them let us know so we will understand.

              Once you turned off the vpn did you do a iptv reset and then plug the box in?

                        Are you saying those that have to use a VPN because the ISP is blocked. What we do to solve this problem. My VPN is PIA.
