I dont think the system will allow an iptv reset while country locked is set to all countries. Shouldn't matter. You can perform a reset first, then change the internet provider lock, and allow all countries, then have him power it up.

Thanks JoKeRz WilD, i did what you told me and everything is running good now. Appreciated. One more question..should i leave the country lock to all country or i can change it to his country now? and i can change the internet service provider lock to enable also? Thanks again..

The country lock will eventually change automatically whether you do it or not. You should be able to enable internet provider lock. I wouldn’t touch anything cause it’s working but I’m the Joker!
