Constantly getting STB Blocked on multiple devices

yes i have other LG tv's using the smart-stb app with no issues at all. I had no issues with the app and this TV for 8 months until about 3 weeks ago, it's very strange. I actually tried another app with the tv a couple of weeks ago and tv worked for a day then i was blocked again. My mac addy has somehow been blocked by NFPS i don't know why but that seems to be the only plausible explanation and like i said earlier i do not use any sort of vpn

You can send your tv Mac and virtual Mac to Dodgeit, maybe he can send it off to NFPS and see if in fact it is blocked for whatever reason. Not really sure what else to say. You have exhausted all other troubleshooting.

By any chance your in the Caribbean? This has been happening with one of the ISP's. I have that app on my Samsung TV and I have to change to unlock it everytime I use it.
What you want to do is let it load to the stb is locked screen then login and do a mac reset then change the locked country to all countries, as soon as it says successful press the red button to reload portal and it should load. There has been few times it still when back to stb locked but just repeat the step again.
