Constantly getting STB Blocked on multiple devices

Getting STB blocked after reset MAC and changing ISP lock on multiple devices. Anyone else getting this?

Make sure you are not using a VPN, double check all your settings as one digit can throw the baby out with the bath water.

Yes multiple unit. the internet provider is changing ISP.

If provider keeps changing ip addresses,then you would have to do a reset each time.Ask and see if you can get a static ip address.

I am using the Smart-STB app on my LG TV, i've had it on and working smoothly for months as of the last 3 weeks or so whenever i try to use it i get my STB is blocked. I do not use a vpn. I was able for a while to do a reset and that worked but that does not even work now. Any help would be appreaciated

Try and set it to allow all country's and see if that helps you.

Just tried it and it didn't work same problem

Could be something with the Lg tv app.It connects to their server first.Could even be Lg blocking the iptv server.Thats the problem with using something like that it's hard to trouble shoot.

It's not the app i have put this app on many LG tv's and they work fine what i'm getting with the blocked stb message is that "the provider needs to activate my virtual mac addresss" maybe that can be done on your end somewhere because when i reset it myself it doesn't seem to help, somewhere on your end the mac addy associated with my lg tv has been blocked

I haven't used this in forever, but doesn't it give you the option to use the virtual Mac or the tv Mac? You would just have to change it on smart stb site?

i tried the virtual mac too and it is also blocked

You were using the tv Mac first? When this problem started happening? Then you tried the virtual Mac with the same results? Portal is correct? How many donations do you have? Can you switch this Mac to another donation you have that is working and see what the results are, if you have another donation?

Tried changing to a different portal? Tried changing your donation number?

Done that too and it did work the 1st few times i did it now it doesn't
