Hello,

I just completed an IPTV donation for two years, 1 device, and included my MAG256w1 MAC Address and county lock on checkout.

I received the confirmation email which included my User Name & Password, IPTV portal information and where to get setup instructions.

I input the information given me and received a the following screen upon boot. Your STB is Blocked. Call the provider."

I went to the forums to see if I could fix this error. I changed the portal and set the country to allow all countries', this did not fix the issue.

Can you please help me?

I am new to the whole IPTV thing so maybe I did something wrong. But i doubt it. I think that its an issue on your end. Do you need my MAC Address or Order Number?

Send you info to a moderator, the donation number, the order number and your MAC address and they can check it for you. Send it via Private Message and don't post it in the open forum.

What do I do in this case? Please help...the MAC I entered here is incorrect then.

I don't know where you read the 1A:XX but the MAC should start with 00:1A:79 with three sets to follow.
