My Donation expired a few weeks ago and I renewed it .....was not able to connect I use Kodi stalker client with a ****** donation...... keeps telling me Authentication failed trying again.... i have followed all the instructions on clearing cache and mac addresses.... have changed mac addresses a number of times .......closing and opening ......resetting after each change ........ I guess I need help...... it was working well before the donation expired..... should have renewed earlier ....... please help me I am a bit frustrated ..... working on this for four hours now.

I have two mag254 boxes; neither has been working for 4 days; says "stb blocked". Needhelp. I have tried resets, changing of portal, hasn'tworked.

That is interesting because I click on the top menu item "Donation Checker & IPTV Reset" in this forum to reset iptv for my ****** provider and once I sign in I can click on "support forum" and it brings me to this forum... I am looking for help not to setup the stalker client in kodi.... is there another forum or thread that could help me....It has always worked before but suddenly it doesn't ..... I apologize if this is the wrong place I just don't know where to go to get help

you tried different portals?The last one don't seem to be working here either anymore so that won't help.

How about deleting the mac address on one account and downloading a m3u and opening it with vlc media player on your pc?

Log into your account and make sure you have country lock enabled.There was a stubborn one last night and deleting the mac and putting it back in worked for it.
