Your stb is blocked

Hello all

I got a new donation yesterday evening, I am using an Amazon Firestick with the STB emulator but for some reason, I keep getting your STB is blocked call the provider. I have done all the set-up process many times now. I have even reset the IPTV. I have change the mac address many time. I have created my own mac address I even generate a mac address using the system and still nothing. I even change the iptv portal many time as well. It goes from p4 to p5 back and forth. I don`t know what to do next. Someone helps

Do you have country lock enabled? You can try and copy and paste the server address on your pc and see if you get the same results.

I am also getting STB is blocked....and now BLOCKED from resetting because the emulator will not connect. Tried different servers also....I wrote them and have not heard back, but they answered questions last week, so hopefully I will get another response. I have no problem if it is just me waiting out glitches, etc. but when you look after others they get pizzed real fast! You aren't doing anything wrong as it has been happening off and on for over two and a bit weeks now!

Since yesterday there have been some issues with p4 and p5. I do not know if they have resolved this yet.

I have also tried both options with country lock and without same goes for the internet provider lock

Pinged the server and no problemo...just won't connect through emu

I hear you I look after lots of people and they are dang pizzed...me I am totally frustrated also. Never had this problem that something wouldn't fix it.

Temporary slution go to https://papiao.is/main/search_nfps change your portal to p1...... go to your box change your portal to p1........ reboot device and shuold be good to go.. i just did it and it work for me, until papio team can fix those server down. peace.

How can I change it to P1 ? when I got to chnage the portal it only goes from p4 to p5
