                I have tried this it doesn't work for me. I can't do an iptv reset either.

                            If your stb's are saying they are blocked.Unplug the box log into your account and and change the mac to something different wait a few mins log back in and change the mac back to the original one.Wait 10 mins or so then plug the receiver back in see if that helps get it unblocked.

                                I am having the same problem. At startup I got the message: "Please contact your service provider to register this device". I logged into my account online and saw a notification that I cannot use a MAC address with playlist. I deleted my MAC address and then saw the option of playlist. I tried loggin into my account online but received the message*"You have reached the maximum search per day, please try again in 24 hours" Later changed my portal to the link**http://p1.tv/c/index.html and received the message "Your STB has been blocked". What can I do to fix this?
