    Hi there,

    Today the STB wouldn't load any channels, so I did:
    1. Hard reboot and
    2. At startup I got the message: "Please contact your service provider to register this device"
    3. So I check my donation and all looked OK
    4. I check my portal were well set on the STB, all OK
    5. I did an IPTV Reset, it took too long then I got "Sorry we cant process this request right now."
    6. So I did another hard reboot on the STB, now I got: "Your STB is blocked. Call the provider".
    7. I check again my donation status and all looks OK.
    Could you please assist?

      My mag 254 is giving me the same message my provider is rogers please any help on this problem thanks

        I wonder if portal 5 is being update and th call provider message is because of that?

            today i woke up and my mag254 wouldn't load any channels, when i reset it, its says your stb is blocked please contact your service provider to register devise ....someone please help

              Yes the problem is with portal 5 I have 2 mag 254 and my other one is working good with portal 2

                try to change portal where you do the iptv reset

                    unplug the m a g , go on the donation search site and reset iptv then restart

                      Please today My stb was blocked. I review my donation. The portal url changed. I put the new url. The stb not works. The screen is black. My stb is down. Please help me

                        mine says please contact provider to register this device .I can only assume its because of new portal migration , but hopefully it won't take long
