Report issues with Channels Guide (EPG)

I renewed my donation and for some reason my guide channel numbers have almost all Changed
For example HBO always started at 300, but now that is Yes Network folowed by Fox and NBC Sports. HBO starts at 197 and doesn't work!

Portal. P3.iptvprivateserver.ru, as full address doesn't work.
- Channel name or number. Almost all except ppv movies that do start at 1

I've done several iptv resets and portal changes to no avail.

- Seems like a good percentage of the channels are out by 4 hours like on Freeform at 9pm it was showing There’s Something about Mary which was in the guide at 5pm, please help... do I need to do something to fix this?

What I have noticed with many US channels, is the East coast feed is playing the West coast feed (programs offset by 3.0 hrs).
*Verified this with an alternate Service, which was showing the proper program for the time slot.

As for the Channel numbers, the only way to get the channel numbers aligned with the Providers numbering scheme, is to be using MAC# authentication, and have your settings set properly.
*Using Playlist method, (user/password), channel numbers will be sequential, starting at 1.

Only other program that will align the channel numbers, without MAC authentication, is IPTVXtra2, using Kodi.

- almost every single channel the guide is incorrect, is there something I need to do?
Edit: I've gone through some of the channels and looked for movies/shows I'm familiar with and tried to go back in forth in time to see if there is a time delay and can't find the shows. Then one channel had the proper show... please help me to correct this or let me know if it is not correctable or a common problem.

- T2 mag254 and T3 on each of the portals above in that order
- Description of the issue - EPG is showing the wrong data, a show at 7 pm EST is listed at 11pm in the EPG so I cannot tell what’s on on any channel without scrolling forward by 4 hours on any channel

Providers EPG guide had always been improperly configured.
They did fix the time offset error, but it looks like they are doing it again.

Switch your account type to playlist access from MAC# access, and use an Alternate EPG guide source.
*MAG's are SOL!

So I seem to have fixed this myself so thought I would share.

I Changed EPG mode to UTC as instructed but then I have also used EPG offset setting to +4 and then the guide aligned with the shows on all channels.

it would seem that the EPG is based on pacific time so it needs adjustment to you own time zone
