i only get sound but no video on the 4k movies please fix them today if you can because tomorrow I'm going to lose a customer because he hasn't been able to watch a movie yet since he bought a box a week and half ago dlite W p3 100 mbps i sure would appreciate it thanks..

The Hateful Eight (4K), Dredd (4K), and all the (4K) Harry Potter films "media format is not supported," message window on screen when play is initiated. When (video player,) configuration is enabled from Primary to Backup, the VOD movies fails to get the playback from the server.

Regardless of encoding modifications and for all those fashionable Potterheads who enjoy the endless streaming repeats, can depress the BuzzTV green audio button to enable english audio for the nfps uploaded espanol Harry Potter films. Well, the server Espanol Potter peliculas are enabled for playback, whereas, the English releases are disabled for viewing, is that just being biased?

We are currently experiencing problems with a group of movies and episodes that are temporarly unavailable, our team is working to get them back online ASAP.

This is a problem from our end and have nothing to do with BuzzTV.
