NY, Bay Area Locals WORK

PPV Works

VOD Works

EVERYTHING ELSE I CHECKED BLACK SCREEN

Does anyone have any info on this???

Description of the issue: For two weeks this channels intermittent freezing hasn't improved, There's freezing every 8 seconds then the channel will resume play, then freeze every 2-3 seconds. This makes channel 200 CNN unwatchable for several weeks, please fix this freezing problem.
