I really don't know but I "think" it may have to do with the internet and their network which as you might well guess, it can and probably is, complex. Add all the links, hardware, servers and related hardware connected between the servers and the boxes, it becomes a maze. If an internet provider squeezes its services to limit bandwidth, it adds another dimension into the mix. Everyone hopes it gets resolved sooner as opposed to later and I "think" its always a good idea to have other options like an open air antennae, Netflix, Kodi, etcetera just in case things go down longer than expected.

This happens on any service you can't just keep everything going and not do any updates.You want to be directed to another server when updates are being done?The cost and time to do this for what you pay would not be feasible.
You should also explain to your friends that how any of these servers work and not everything is 100% a 100% of the time.Then maybe you won't get nasty calls.Of course it's not shareware but but pretty close to what you yourself pays for a donation.
So now it's easy if you see a problem check the site if you see others saying it's down then you know there is a problem.You can also take the time to check the announcements.
They don't need to do your job that's up to you.It's that easy!!!

Description of the issue: Wrong content/channels reversed - Channel 253 EL REY Network is showing the content for Channel 385 MGM HD, and Vice Versa

- Box or app that you use: MAG 256w2
- Internet download speed: 100Mb
- Description of the issue: Channel is not coming on/black screen
Rebooted and reset both the MAG and the modem, multiple times. Ran a speed test no issues with speed. All other ESPN channels are working, just not ESPN main Channel 140.
Help...please.
