I changed portals several times , channels come up for a few minutes then disconnects and won't connect again, unless i change portals but only works for a few minutes again.

300 channels are not saying the proper name as to what is on, for example i have a number of channels that show spanish names and spanish info but it's in english for example again, channel 309, right now (6:08pm EST) shows Nice unable estrella, which i'm sure is the proper name for a Star is Born, in spanish but it's in english and i don't speak spanish...

Anyone else still having issues? is the maintenance done? All my 300 channels are still out unless the guide shows them in spanish then those channels work which is minimal... but no english labelled 300 channels.
Im getting Your STB is Blocked call provider, and my subscription ends in 2020 I already chage portal but still nothing can someaone help please, thanks.
does anyone have an update as to what is going on? lots of channels down, TBS is showing wrong show, it's 9:47am and showing show from 6:47am... are there any updates as to what we need to do, if anything?

There is a post referring to "maintenance" which has been posted for about a week now. Whenever the servers, network or related hardware or software is being worked on, its generally referred to as maintenance. The maintenance is generally done to provide better service, video, sound and overall quality. Its just part of "testing" where patience is required and appreciated by those who are working as fast and as hard as they can to bring better service.
Thanks Amex for the input. Most of us do see those Maintenance Posts, and whoever posts them uses dates that these issues will be happening. Problem is, we too are working diligently on our purchased Subs. and helping our friends, customers, etc into setting up their hardware & software. It seems like every time we get busy on our end, there is work being done on the signal side to screw us all up. I dont complain at all unless these update issues are way beyond the time frame given to be Down Time. Please remember this is not Shareware, some of us have paid for many many Subs and we too get phone calls and nasty remarks about the service. I only wish that when these updates are performed we can get redirected to another Server temporarily or just send out a Test Pattern Picture with a notice that says "Updates in Process, please check back in 4 days", Thats it ! So easy, and we dont have to go and look for trouble on our end to see if its something went wacky on our m3u, guide data, etc. Anyway I hope this all gets resolved soon too.
