I don't know iv'e been using DOL2 all day on a T1+ and haven't had an issue.I also have not taken any updates whatsoever.Maybe try and reset the box and see if that helps.As for your customers you need to deal with them.Not us.

p1 avov 100 mbps 209 just stopped. It will probably come back soon, but it does keep glitching up. Often it will get so out of sync that the show hosts will be talking in the audio and a commercial will be in the video. Ah, there it is I hear it now. I just wonder why 209 is so messed up so often.

Sorry it wasn't the same issue. They were not on this service.Can you change the player on the mag i dont think you can. Is it on all channels? If so try another hdmi cable. You may need to do the no block for the mag or simply get another STB that has good support.Buzz would be good choice or get a dreamlink product. That way you have a box that has support.
