channel 184 animal planet hasn't been working properly for quite sometime ti freezes very second can someone please

Yes it seems like a quick freeze every min or so.Using VLC media player on a pc.Probably allot worse with a mag.

EDIT: seems like it has something to do with my ISP. I switched to my phone data plan and am able to watch with no problems

p1 avov 100 mbps 310 .. 209 gets way out of whack every afternoon. It plays OK for a while and then the sound is intermittant, then the sound and picture are way out of sync. Like a commercial will be on but the hosts are talking. It gets back in order if you switch to a channel above or below and then back. Thought I'd report it and maybe there's something that can be done to keep it in sync.
