No Sounds on Channel 209: MSNBC on Portal 2 & 6

Portal 2 and 6:
There is video but no sound on channel 209: MSNBC. Other channels are OK. Originally it happened on Portal 2. I then switched to Portal 6 and the problem seemed to follow.

Setup: Mag256, High Speed Internet.
Please fix it.
