This issue is not on my side. I’ve done everything I could over the last 5 days with no service. I have tried a new portal, I have reset and rebooted my boxes. I have rebooted my modem. Nothing works. Error message still says subscription expired or not activated.
Should I open new accounts? Can my donation be transferred if I open new accounts? There must be some way you can get me activated without having to do that.
