    Everything worked for fine for 4+ months on 2 accounts on 2 different TVs in same household on same ISP/IP. Both use p5.No VPN.

    STB emu Pro. Older version. Do not update.

    All the sudden 1 STB is blocked. The other works fine.

    I have done everything from updating info. That didnt work. So I deleted app, reinstalled and manually built profile back. No go. Tried to reset in donation checker as well.

    To make sure I am reinstalling correctly, I reinstalled everything on the working TV again. It works, no issue. No STB Blocked.

    Cannot get past the STB Blocked on login.

    ISP/IP clearly not blocked as 1 works.
    Program and settings are known to work.
    Server obviously up and dns resolving.

    Out of ideas. 250 days left on subscription.

    Suggestions?

    Did you switch up donations from one box to the other? If you didn't, try it out. Check if you can get the non working box working linked to the other donation or vise versa.

      i have the same problem ..it say currently block or expired call service provider.. but i have 96 days more.

              Hello i had my 254 disconected and i plug it Back and my donation Was blocked and it Was for a year and now de rut number provited it wont let me reset it

                  I just got my new account numbers and when i set up it says STB block that my dreamlink t1 .I ckecked for up dates and was none. I change portals still don't work. so I hookup my other box its a imfomir it says the same thing. both boxs worked before account expied.. Do i got to wait longer the account says it is active PLEASE HELP

                    Log into the donation checker and make sure your Mac is attached and you are using the correct server address.
