    Buzz box XPL 3000 not my choice

    My apologies to the Buzz lovers.

    I bought two of them to have a client set up, Oops...failed.

    Yes, Testing this didn't go well so I wasn't going to provide my client with issues as they would call me and make my life miserable. Luckily I had two extra boxes from another manufacturer which I will reserve to prevent people from saying I am advertising, I was able to supply the NFPS service with the other 2 boxes I had.

    So the issue is the box doesn't have a smooth playback I would say unacceptable. I try this every day and follow instructions on clearing cache all of that but no good, I have to say I use this service on Perfect player and VLC player with no issues, I have other IPTV boxes I have tried and no issues, this is the only box that gives me all the crap.

    Again sorry, if you have one and you are not having issues maybe I bought fake versions but no problem I am returning this this week.

    Defensively can not blame anything else I have try 3 services and many other ways and only this box is having the issues, no one but two boxes, so sorry but this is a bad media box in my opinion.

        There is only a few good boxes that are easy to setup.That have their own app and yes i use both problem free and like i said buzz is one and dreamlink is another.
        Where the boxes updated to the latest buzz tv update?

          Buzz boxes are the best then a toss up between Nvidia Shields and Dreamlink

            Yea this person doesn't know what they talking about saying buzz box is a bad box. I have no problems with mines and I have 3 of them and they all work perfect and smooth.

              There is a few little quirks. But you will find that with any box. They are easy to over come. The only problem I have found is I get kicked out of live tv when using the ok button to scroll through the channels.Simple just push the live tv button and it's back. Your never going to find a box that does everything you want . But the buzz is close.
              As for the op i don't know what their problem is. He don't really say except his friends couldn't set them up. I think maybe it might be user error. There is 1000's of boxes out there and 1000's are happy.
              I guess you can't win them all and make everyone happy.

                Mine is useless now. It does not like the newest update. I have found no way yet to disable the update. If I uninstall the update it works good, then the update reinstalls within 5 minutes and then it wont load the channels that's were it gets stuck. I have tried numerous things like turning off notifications, force stopping apps, clearing cache, fresh reset then updating before I input url. Nothing yet has worked.

                  I don't know why your having the problem.Many others are using it with no problems.I thought if you turned notifications off it won't update.
                  Once the update is installed have you tried a iptv reset?

                Yes, I tried iptv reset, I even tried to use a custom mac address, different server. So far nothing for live tv. The vod does work so I know my info is correct. I really like this box when it works.

                  have you gone into setting and turned off auto updates?
                  have you cleared cache in buzz tv app?

                    Yes I have auto update turned off and I have cleared the cache in the app multiple times. It still updates and then I'm stuck.

                          I'm not home now but I want to say 1.6 then it updates to the Feb. 14 update. I tried rebooting everything before but I will try it again. Yes i have tried all the different players.

                            i would reset data in box and start fresh if that doesnt work
                            you could also go to getbuzz.tv and use the contact us form
