Thanks , well it was unplug many times but it never resolve the issue.

unplugging does not clear cache Also unit needs to be powered off and not be put in standby

I don't understand why unplugging don't do it.Should be the same as shutting off the power.

sometimes clearing data is needed but you have to set up your servers again

The receiver is not with me so il have trying clearing the cache via the broom icon.

NBS , receiver was fine went i had with me , then it started having issue with the person who got it , now they tried at another place to see if it was the internet but the issue is still present.

What about your internet speed? I don't think that was asked.Weird that Vod would do it also.Vod is not live tv.

It's 50 mbps , it had issues but it got fixed by the service provider last week and the problem is still present with either live tv or VOD.

Now is it certain channels or all channels?

I know my wife has been watching 129 for the last 3 hrs and i watched 182 last night for a few hours and then moved on to another channel.I have not seen one glitch.I probably won't get back to you again tonight.But if you check these channels and have problems.You may have to call your provider again.I haven't seen any bad reports about freezing channels.Usually when that happens members come out of the wood work to report it.
