Buzz Box XPL 3000 stalling and freezing on channel and VOD

A brand new box is stalling and freezing on TV channel and VOD channels , would there be a reason for this since it was working great at the beginning ?

No , what is the procedure if you don't mind telling me ? What i don't understand is that the unit is brand new and for the first week it worked fine then the issues started and each time if i unplug it and then start it again for the first 30 minutes it works then it start doing this.

Do you see a little broom icon? Another way to do it is unplug the box and restart it.I have read where others were actually not shutting it down,Instead it was going into standby mode,Every time they turn it off and on.

Sorry it's on the right hand side when the box starts up.Down near the power symbol.

no need to unplug,just hold the power button down and select shut down if you dont want it to go to standby

Unplug mine always cause i hate it when the tv turns it on by it self.

why would the tv turn it on? you can also select power options from home page(beside broom)

I have no idea and haven't played with it since it was happening.I know i went to bed it was off.My wife wakes up turns the Tv on to watch our sub in the morning.I was giving her crap for turning it on.Turns out when she turned the tv on the box would turn on by it self.The HDMI port was not even selected. Cause the sub is just on a a/v port.This thing does all kinds of weird things.Unless there is a ghost in this house.I think there is one here to.I remember buying the house and a few weeks later my sister was visiting and here little guy (i think he was 2).He looked out the back window in the living room and just started screaming.We all figured he seen some one in the window.My wife says she hears all kinds of noises when i'm not here.I know i don't hear any weird noises.I just write it off to them being crazy.Works for me
