  • Factory Reset Button Stuck

    BuzzTV X5 Special Edition
When trying to do a factory reset depressing the reset button with a toothpick, the reset button got stuck in depressed position & won't pop back out. Box still is working on TV. Any ideas on how to unstick the reset button switch?

if its working then I would leave it alone for now. but if you really want to take a risk then you can pop open the case or use vacuum to see if it sucks out the button.

Get one of those medical long needle nose forceps and you should be able to grip it and pull it out.

How big do you think the hole is?

Get a qtip and cut one end off and it fits the hole much better than a toothpick. Maybe a piece of the tooth pick is jammed in the switch.

I think the switch may be broken because Inserting a cut off qtip goes in 3/4"
