Buzz Box E5 No EPG

Merry Christmas everyone!

I just got a brand new E5 for Christmas today and love it so far but the EPG is not loading. Every channel says “No information available”. I have tried a hard reset, and cleared the EPG twice. Is this a Buzz issue or IKS?

This thing is a beast compared to my MAG 254.

There's many posts saying EPG is down last few days.
There's also a post where it says Admin knows.
Use M3U and AJ's EPG url.
