"Cannot load portal:Not found" Buzz X5

Hello everyone, I have a Buzz X5 working normally until two days ago when it gave me this message, "Cannot load portal:Not found"... I already reset the portal three times and ended up resetting the box to its factory settings. Any suggestions thanks in advance

check your mac address make sure its correct. also try to generate a new code and see if that helps.
