Buzz box

I did a change on my buzz 5 box when they gave me a update the last time it gave you the option to put in a password for parents guidness adult shows really I change the password fm 0000 and now it want let me in with the new password i put in.what should I do? A factory reset and lose all my good apps I put on my box I have 3 buzz box's u hope not do anyone have a great suggestion I'll appreciate it

Yes i change it fm 000 and use a nother and it work and I start watching it. but 4 days later I tried to get on and it didn't work ..let me try something I think I no what I did wrong.. UPDATE.yeap I got it I had the wrong PASSWORD DOWN THANKS.i got it now
