X5 Special Edition not connect using MAC

I setup the MAC on my Donation when trying to connect get the error message "Cannot Load portal: Incorrect username or password". I verry sure I'm using the correct donation number as user/pass. verify it like 4 times.
When I use to connect via XC API Login the box connects but get lot of freezing on channels and sometimes not open the channel. Want to try if via MAC is more stable. Appreciate any guidance to address this issue.

Update: I was able to connect now using MAC. Only modification I did was use the old domain name on the portal.

I had connected like 10 or 15 of them using the MAC address and server number #.IPTV11.is no issues
