I am trying to set up my donation with "IPTV Smarters Player" app on a Samsung TV, but keep receiving "Failed to Authorize" message. Can anyone tell me if the app is working and how to set it up?

I never used it but make sure your Mac address is not attached to your donation.
make sure your donation number is same as your password and its case senstive.
use full portal or change new portal.
allow all countries for inter provider on provider site.
also, perform a reset then check for results.

I did all you suggest without succeed.
What I looking is a MAG BOX emulator for Tizen OS. I found SMART STB, that works relatively well but have to change the country lock each time I use the app, what its make it annoying.

Any idea will be welcome.

There must be a authentication issue with their app.

Have you tried contact their support team? i just checked their website and it still showing xmas design, like if it were abandoned.
