hi is there anyway to run the stalker client on kodi 16.2 anymore? i cannot update kodi on my android box.and one day it stopped working so i went to potato tv and i guess that hasnt been working good either. thanks

Kodi 17 requires Android 5 minimum. Most Movie Video addons are now using secure streaming protocol (https from http) and Android versions prior to 5 will not support it.
If your STB O/S is earlier than 5, you cannot run Kodi 17 and you can no longer use most video streaming sites.
Yes kodi 16.1 jarvis works fine for iptv using native PVR Stalker Client, with earlier Android versions..
