No it is in the Kodi system settings.
Confluence skin - home screen menu bar (System/ then in kodi 16 -TV(kodi 17 -PVR/ Live TV)
Estuary skin - home screen - click on Settings(Gear icon)/ then PVR & Live TV Icon.

The guide is not lining up with what's currently playing live. How could I fix this? Thanks for all the help.

Change your system time settings to a different timezone, then change the time to current time.
You will have to turn off internet automatic time adjustment.
Example: Android box.
Go to Android Settings/ Date & Time
Turn off Automatic Time Adjust.
Adjust time zone by + 1 hour (Eastern to Atlantic for example)
Adjust time by - 1 hour.
start kodi (you may have to go to system settings / PVR & TV - Clear data.
