VOD search?

I am using kodi and IPTVXTRA.... I'm getting VOD and I'm also getting live programing without an issue. My question is how can I search the VOD? on my MAG254 I used to be able to just search for a title and find it. With this KODI setup, I'm getting no results or nothing found. Am I doing something wrong? All I can do is scroll through the videos and with a library this big it's just taking too long to find out that the movie I'd like to see is not even listed.

I assume you are using Kodi 18.3 and IPTVXtra 2. I don't think you can search VOD.

User "Perfect Player" instead of Kodi. That allows search of VOD. PP also makes channel changes faster than Kodi.

Use "Filter" from the Sideblade Menu.
When VOD/ Movies list is displayed, click "Arrow" on left of screen.
Click Filter and enter part of movie title.
The resulting screen will only show titles with that string of characters.
