Thank you so much KENS - AGAIN & AGAIN.............
I am not sure about this but MYGICA (1800E) does not seem to have the options you are referring to.
            However I Have
            - SETTINGS
            - MORE SETTINGS
            - PERSONAL
            - SECURITY
            - AND YES it has "Allow Unknown Sources" - checked
But, as I mentioned when I go to the USB I do NOT see the file I downloaded. I do see all the files when the USB is hooked into my PC.

            Assist please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kens: Is there a way where by I can "factory-reset" MYGICA box ; go "somewhere" get "MYGICA MEDIA CENTRE DOWNLOAD PACKAGE" and install whereby I will or should get everything as it was on "day-one" - If there is HOW DO I DO THAT??????????????

Thanking YOU & the forum members for all the assist....

Just Google that. It usually requires a pin in a Reset hole in the STB.
I suspect your file manager settings are not set right (This is why I use ES File Explorer )
              * ( If you do not see the USB Files whatsoever when you insert in STB, then the file format on the stick is wrong - You usually have to use a FAT-32 format / USB may be NT File format or other)

Hi KENS - Thank you for all your assist. The "box" I have has KIT-KAT on it so I presume I will have to look for the setup for KITKAT. I did watch the video you have "posted" and there is lots of info I can use too.
                    Thanking you
