iptv stalker plus WON'T LOAD

hello. I previously had issues with vod not working. I deleted iptv stalker plus and tried to reinstall. Now, it wont load. tried from epg ninja and ivue2 . it will show downloading all the way to 100 but when it finishes, says " disabled". can't launch or confguure as option is greyed out. is there a fix? thanks

Same here was having that issue with WiFi. I hard wired to modem and it down loaded
