Channels won't load (Kodi)

Does anybody know what stalker client authentication failed means? I've tried everything and followed all steps 3 times and can't get it to go.
Is there something else that needs to be installed?
What am I doing wrong?

You have to have something wrong in your set up. Meaning wrong donation # serial numbers are not the right length

I'm thinking it's something to do with the login and password. Not sure what they are,...can you help me with that? I triple checked everything else. They said something about Feb 1st it changing or is that even that?

As well I put the last part of my Mac address in kodi and on ine in that checker thing. Was that done right? It did except the Mac address online and updated it. Some people told to put any #s in but I put what mine were at the back end.

The Mac address was supposed to be tied to the donation # online or something like that,...is that what I did? Did I do that right?

Where it says server address just change the number 3 in the portal address to match what # (1-5) is attached to your donation

So change the 3 in the address to 1. With those 2 pictures they should get you up and running
