Stb blocked

How do I get passed the STB is block screen to get to setting changes. Have tried Iptv reset in Papiao, hard reset mag 254 and still get stb blocked screen

the setup wheel button just under the blue f4 on the remote for mag 254

Log into your account and make sure you are using the correct Url in the mag.If you are then just change the last few numbers of the mac and save it.Then wait a few mins and log back in and reenter the right mac. Make sure the box is unplugged when doing this.

I've tried changing mine twice using p1 thru p5 everyone says blocked. Donation checker won't work for me. Wednesday I got an email stating I was changed to p3 did that worked fine till today
any ideas ?

Thanks, i changed my portal address with inf of my donation. It changed. I type the new and worked!!!

I cant reset my donation on the IPTV RESET & DONATION CHECKER it said "The information provided is incorrect please try again." still have the same trouble STB blocked call your provider. Pls help!!

Have you tried the donation recovery form to confirm that you are using the correct info?

Ok i have done all that is here and still doesn't work. I have used the donation checker and it has me registered to p1XXXXXXtv. I have changed mac address, tried two different mag254 boxes, iptv reset emailed support and they keep redirecting me to this page. https://iptvzeta.is/forum/main-foru...to-new-portals

There have been some changes made to the portals. You may have been moved another portal. Whatever portal you see with the donation checker needs to be the url in your mag.
