Thankyou Dodgeit I did that with the p in front of the 5 for the portal. Now I read that the URL must be the right one for P5 but I see a URL number but don't know if it is the right number for P5 where can I find that number to check it to the one in my stb? I thought the URL changed automatically when I changed the portal

look at remote top right and press the setup button go to server then portal scroll down to URL press button to the right pass the dot then use the back arrow on remote then press keyboard on remote and type in p5

MAG 254 works great but everytime I shut it down and restart it get message STB Blocked. Have to do a reset anyone know why this is? Can only do 2 reset per day.

My dreamlink t1 is doing the same. I have reset it 3 times today and I guess if it blocked again I will have to wait for 24 hours to watch TV again..just when I thought that by adding more portals things will get better.

I went into my donation and it ask for p1. I change to p1 but still get the message of stb block. I have reloaded a number of time but I still get the same massage. Please help I have 3 mag 254 with the same condition

When you go to iptv reset website you can change to any portal that you want.just make sure your boxes are off and then when you turn them on you will need to change that portal in your box to match the changes that you made in the iptv reset website

I tried the iptv reset and changed my rules. Still didn't work. I pressed generate new number and now I can't get into donation with either number.

This is maddening. Log in to my account says P3 I change it in settings to P3 STB blocked....reset and update in account. STB blocked. Then I go back into settings and change the url to remove the P and just enter 3.XXXXX etc. STB blocked. One day it works on P3 next day blocked, one day works without the P in the url then blocked. Are they going to soon make up their minds on this???

I have even logged of my donations online.... gone to the status checker and I am told exactly what is in my account....grrrr!!!!

If you generate a new number, it will only change the donation number you are currently using to a different number.

Thanks will give it a try, appreciate the info! If that doesn't work I guess I will just have to repeatedly reset, zero out mac, and then re-enter and use the P# that IT is suppose to be using...or try another P#

Seems every time it works for a while I get either black screen of hell...or your STB is blocked. I shut it off this morning when I got it running and now back to hell again
