Mag 254 download speed

I seen a post about internet speed check on the Mag, using the internet app on the Mag. Using Fast.com well the box can just receive 2.1 Mbps max Wow!! Can this be a problem for freezing on some channels .??

channels with the most problems 120 182 192 etc. 1pm to 10pm Pacfic Time

Sometimes mine I get to 2.2 Mbps and at times to 2.0 Mbps still stable. Direct connection to the router thru an Ethernet cable.

before was using the wifi antenna of the MAG254 and my DL speed noticed was only 1.8 to 1.9 Mbps that's when I get freezing at times. Also, I was using a power-line adapter, was getting to 1.9 Mbps also, experienced freezing at times. So decided to use the hard wired instead. A lot better.

i just tuned to the 3-channels you have mentioned for about 10-minutes, did not experience any freezing (@2.0 MBps on MAG)

As for the Freezing Yes its fine now!!.
Not until 2Pm To 10Pm Pacific Time. channels to start Freezing 120 182 192 and more..
