Having problem with my mag 254

Can anyone tell me what is going on with mag254. I am not seeing anything on mine. I tried updating the software and still giving problem. Is it going absulete

Have you done set -up your Mag254 before, and watching TV from your box? Unplug yourbox and plug it again then go to inner portal take a look at portal number and network connection, if everying input correct it should work, hope it help.

I have been using this box for a number of years now. Recently I started having this problem. I have changed the portal# several times and reset and still having the problem. I am only seeing Aljazera

The only thing you can try is unplug the box do a iptv reset then log back in and change your account to allow all country's and if that don't work.It may be time for a new box.A few members with mags have had problems.
