Meg 254, Trouble with Volume

I am having trouble with the Volume on my MEG 254, When you turn it on the volume will be low and then it will go very loud. It is UP and Down all the time, to watch the TV you have to set with the control in your hand. Need help...Thanks

I did a Iptv reset, Updated my Mac address, changed my Iptv portal, but had no luck!!! I am still having problems with the volume, It will be playing normal, then it will go very low. .... I updated my Firmware a couple of days ago. ... I didn't notice any problem until I got that "STB" notice and changed my IPTV Portal to P5iptv.. I appreciate all of your help... I would really like to get this sound Problem fixed... Thanks Dan

It wouldn't have anything to do with the tv would it?Some have volume auto adjust.If you think it maybe the portal then it's easy enough to change portals.I use a mag250 with r11 i and i don't have any problems with volume.

I have read some others were having problems with the newest firmware and volume issues so that may be your problem.

I have this issue as well. Normal volume, then whispering, then normal, then whispering. It is vastly annoying. TV sound works fine with DVD player, PS4, Amazon Fire TV, but iptv has the issue. I'm also now having issues where the channel (usually Boomerang) plays fine for about 30 minutes then drops and we get the black screen of death. It has happened on other channels as well. Also, when turning on my iptv box it stays on the menu screen for about 10 seconds then the whole system shuts down and I have to turn it on again to be able to do anything. EVERY time.
