Hi my donation expire than i got a new donation and im getting stb blocked i change my portal i did generate a new donation number i reset ip on the website and still im getting stb blocked any help please ??

Make sure your mac is right and the server matches whats on the account. That's all it takes is one little error and it won't connect.

what shuld be on the mac address >?? i just generate one from the web sorry thannks

If your using a mag (It's where you posted). Then the mac address will be one the box sticker. 00:1A:79......
