No Video Output

Guys I was just setting up my MAG 256. Sadly I mess with the video output and set it in a wrong format. Suddenly I lost the image and now the tv "unsupported video format".

I try to factory reset it but apparently it reset but keep the last video output.

Can anybody help me?
