Inner portal

why is it that when I go to inner portal an update starts automatically?Then when the updates stops it repeats?

Disable the automatic update in system settings .

I can’t get to system settings,I’m stuck on a screen with blue lettering.that says Tv system,Graphics Resolution,Boot Mode, Device Info,Upgrade Tools, Default Settings,Exit and boot . I press default settings and try to reboot but it brings me back to the same screen.

Try this
When you reboot and when it says loading portal immediately press the button on the left side with 3 dashes and it should take you to the systems seting .

Sound like the button is stuck on the remote with the slashes. Try taking the battery out of the remote and reboot box
