You can use a VPN with dedicated IP, before getting a VPN make sure that it provide servers close to your location and that they will provide a dedicated IP. All mac address a re locked to the first internet service provider detected at the first login so you will need to do an IPTV reset while using the VPN to do a new login.

When you a VPN the dedicated IP is very important because it will guarantee that you will always be connected to the same ISP.
