My Mag 254 is blocked by Server Provider !

Finally I tried to set up my Mag 254 (it was 2 years in my drawer - IKS was then good enough) . After I thought I had it set up properly, it tells me, I am blocked by my NFPS provider and to contact the provider!
Did I not set it up right? My Donation checker looks good , even my Mac Address is correct and yet I am blocked! The Box is also blocked,can't even make set up changes!

Guess,being a Senior doesn,t help.

Go to donation checker and input your MAC address

Thanks Gallardo , I did reset in the Donation Checker my assigned Portal ,the other 2 , country and IP provider, I had done earlier !
And YES ,I now connect to the server , all is good - Thanks All -

my mag 254 has a air message saying unlock and asking for a password,any suggestions from any body.

Try 0000 if thats what you are meaning (the channels are locked).
