Trying to update my Mag254 problem

I've been trying for days to update my mag254.....it won't take an update in the ''Autoupdate''....it says

Current version: 0

Description: Factory image

Date: n/a

New Version: 218

Description: 0.2.18-r19-254

Date: Mon Jun 12 2017 11:34:37

Update status: Wrong signature



I also tried to update it by usb but it won't recognize the file either that way.....all help would be appreciated

If you are updating through Usb make sure the files are in a folder that is called mag254

I'm not sure if you read through here or not. If not there maybe something in this post that might help you.Other that the only thing i can suggest is.... like many others have done is update to the T1+ and all your problems and headaches will be gone.There has been nothing but problems with the mags since the last few updates.I have r7 on my 250 and works that's all i can say about it.Also many channels have gone Hd and they just don't have what it takes to run them properly.You will surly be impressed by the video being far superior on the T1+.
