Would this box work on Wi-Fi to get the Iptv channels or an Ethernet connection is a must. I have the donation but when the portal is started it never provides a login a screen and indicates page fails Ethernet not connected.

After changing the portal to what the donation indicates. Now a different message is displayed.Your STB is Blocked call the provider. Have no idea why that is?

Regarding the Wi-Fi it will depend on these factors:

- Signal quality and stability
- Throughput
- Internet download speed.

If you get poor value in any of them then it will affect your streaming. Is highly recommended to use a wired connection but a good Wi-Fi installation with AC compatible router should work without problem.

have u unpluged wait ten seconds and replug? ...Have u done ...iptv reset ? have u unplug router wait ten seconds then plug in

Thanks for the reply, I have unplugged and waited more than ten seconds. Have searched and reset donation. I don't have it plugged with Ethernet cable as WIFI connections is strong.

Are you sure that your box have configured the same URL that show up in the donation checker?.....also try using the full URL.

That issue is caused when you are using a portal that doesn't have your username, password or MAC address registered, maybe you are using the wrong portal, haven't linked your donation with the mac address of your box.

Since March the server not longer ask for username and password.
